Misty&Me. (And sometimes Neil). Week 1 - Denim Shirts and Yellow Sneakers.

Ok. So this is gonna pretty much be about Misty & Me. As the title suggests.

 Misty is my 9yr old daughter, best pal, inspiration and calmer downerer! So this is her... in her usual position which is upside down doing a hand or headstand. And with Neil. (Who will sometimes allow us to take his photo.)

And I guess I better show me too. Well. There's none of me on my laptop at all so I guess that ain't gonna happen!

So Misty & Me (I I know is correct but Me sounds better) is all about us with my camera. Teaching the girl, teaching myself and discovering our world together.


The best part is gonna be working out who took the shot...Misty or Me!

 The now Mrs Walker wished for some sultry poses for her love. Not having any experience in this type of photography I set out with an open mind, a clear ambition and not too much seriousness! The venue is stunning, an old stately home in Culloden near Inverness.

The Old Kirk

 Welcome to the wonderful wedding of Alicia Nairn to Sandy MacDonald. It was simply perfect. I have known the bride for some time so was very aware of her beauty but bloody hell, Sandy who I know from my school days, ( I shall not divulge how long ago that was! ) is one lucky lad! The wedding took place in the amazing old kirk, Kilearnan on the outskirts of Inverness, it's setting is quite delightful. Then it was on to the Spa Pavilion in the Victorian town Strathpeffer for the reception, stunning food by Red Pepper, and a night of celebrations by local band Rhythm and Reel.

The words "oh my God I looove your dress!" slipped from my mouth several times during the morning beautifications, and I can honestly say that if I'm ever lucky enough to get a ring on my wedding finger ( I would say my boyfriend gets pestered about this approx once a week! ), I can only hope that we are as happy, beautiful and as proud as these newlyweds are. Congratulations to you both, it was a perfect day and I really did have a tear in my eye!
